6. Sealing the Deal

We guide you and the candidate through final steps, ensuring clarity and mutual commitment.

  • We remain the neutral middleman throughout negotiations
  • Once the offer is accepted, we help ensure a successful onboarding

Transparent and Fair Pricing

Recruiters typically charge 25–30% of first-year compensation. We don’t.
Our fee: 15% of the candidate’s total first-year compensation, due upon signing.
And we stand behind our work:
If the candidate is let go within 90 days, we replace them—free of charge.
